Delete your MCargo Driver account
You can request deletion without reinstalling or opening the app. Never send
your password in the request.
How to request deletion
- Use the email address below to open a deletion request.
- Include the phone number used for your MCargo Driver account and write “Delete my MCargo Driver account”. Do not include your password.
- We may contact you through the account phone number or Telegram account only to verify ownership and prevent unauthorized deletion.
- After verification, eligible account data will be deleted or anonymized within 30 days. You will receive confirmation by email.
If the button does not open your email application, send the request directly to bunyodguru@gmail.com.
Data deleted or anonymized
- account credentials and active sessions;
- name, phone number, Telegram username, profile photo, and language preference;
- current or last known driver location;
- personal chat content and uploaded files where deletion is technically and legally permitted;
- other personal data directly associated with the account where no retention exception applies.
Data that may be retained
Cargo, offer, payment, communication, fraud-prevention, security, and audit records may be retained when required to complete an active service, resolve a dispute, prevent abuse, enforce agreements, or comply with legal and accounting obligations. Such records are restricted to those purposes and are deleted or anonymized after the applicable obligation ends. Encrypted backup copies may remain for up to 90 days after the primary deletion is completed.
